#1 - Don't Be Afraid To Ask For Help

Some of us tend to refuse help even when we're struggling. "I got this, no worries, thanks!" And then we regret it. Though lately, I realised how much easier it is, and I am learning to ask for help and assign tasks to those who can take care of them so much better than I would.
